Do I need to be home?
No, all works are done on the externally. As long as we have accessibility to the roof then we can perform our service whilst you are out.
How often should I have my gutters cleaned?
We recommend annual cleaning of the gutters to maintain the gutters and avoid any possible costly water damage. For heavily populated tree areas we recommend six monthly cleaning.
What is the best time of year to have my gutters cleaned?
We recommend having the gutters cleaned prior to the winter rains and also prior to summer to alleviate any potential fire risk.
Does your vacuum system also work when the leaves are wet?
Yes our unique vacuum cleaning machine will suck up both wet and dry debris.
Can an insurance company decline a claim from blocked gutters?
Yes we have heard insurance companies may decline repeated water damage claims due to poor gutter maintenance.
